Mexico City has long been on my list of places I want to visit, but I have some qualms with returning to the same countries when there are so many more to see. However, when I was invited to check out the newly-opened Kimpton Virgilio, I knew it was my chance to finally go eat…

Know Before You Go: Visiting Botswana’s Chobe National Park

An African safari is on the majority of peoples' bucket lists for good reason. I'm fortunate enough to have done several, and my absolute hands-down favorite was the day I spent in Chobe National Park, Botswana while on my trip with Exodus Adventure Travels. As magical as African safaris are, there are a few things…

5 Places to Visit In Austria (That Aren’t Vienna)

I first visited Austria on a 16-hour layover in Vienna in 2019. While Vienna is undoubtedly charming and full of rich history, it wasn't until I visited other parts of Austria on a summer trip that I truly fell in love with the country. Austria is known as being one of the most beautiful countries…

Numana is the Solution for an Uncrowded Italian Beach Getaway

It's understandable why so many flock to Italy in the summer, but the downside is it makes some of the country's most popular destinations an overcrowded nightmare. And while there are some underrated beach towns near the French border, those beaches tend to be rockier. If you're looking for a quintessential Italian beach town that…

Discovering Marche: 5 Towns To Visit in Italy’s Most Underrated Region

It's no secret that I'm a fan of Italy; one might even go as far as to say I am obsessed with the boot-legged nation. And while major cities like Milan and Rome are what most travelers stick to, what officially made me fall in love with Italy was once I got off of the…

Visiting Barga: The Most Scottish Town in Italy

Exploring different diasporas around the globe is a preferred hobby of mine. I have a strong interest in migration patterns, and learning about why people choose (or are forced) to leave a place in exchange for another is not only interesting, but a great way to practice empathy. So, when I heard there was a…

How to Take a Day Trip to Armenia From Georgia

There's arguably no cooler way to explore a new country than through a day trip. I was able to see Uruguay from Argentina by taking a ferry for the day, I walked to Paraguay from Brazil, and I've even gotten to see places like Turkïye on a long layover. So, when I found myself in…
