Kaitlyn Rosati is an avid solo and adventure traveler, having traveled to nearly 100 countries across all seven continents. She founded this blog, No Man Nomad, to inspire solo and budget travelers alike to stop making excuses, book a plane ticket, and get out there and see the world, even if they have to do it alone.
Here, she shares her favorite travel hacks, tips on how to save money to travel more, guides on various destinations around the globe, how to utilize long layovers, where to find the best street food, experiences that weren’t so positive, and some of the discrepancies she’s faced as a solo female traveler.
That’s not all.
Kaitlyn’s adventures led her to seeing all 7 wonders of the world, hiking Kilimanjaro, getting scuba-certified in the Great Barrier Reef, riding the world’s largest swing in New Zealand, taking a casual castle-filled road trip through Emilia Romagna’s countryside, to name a few. She has had work featured in several publications, including but not limited to Business Insider, the New York Daily News, Time Out, the BBC, Forbes Advisor, POPSUGAR, Matador Network, InsideHook, The Points Guy, and more.
Rosati runs the Instagram with the same name as this blog, @noman.nomad, where she has acquired a loyal following of over 85,000 people. There, she documents her travel lore, telling real and raw stories that don’t always make it on the blog. She frequently partners with companies to show what it’s really like to be a solo traveler, anywhere from small town USA to money-saving sites and apps to help her followers travel for cheap.
Her long-term goals include visiting every country in the world, obtaining Italian citizenship through lineage, and living a fully nomadic life (maybe with a villa in Italy for when she needs rest).
